Helen Mac has squeezed all she has learned from over 25 years of research and experience in organisational behaviour, performance improvement and motivation, to create The Juiced Up Principles.

With a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and accreditations in a number of behaviour and personality instruments, including MBTI, DiSC and LSI, Helen brings a depth of knowledge to her presentations.

Helen has designed, customised and delivered presentations and training sessions for a wide client base, from both large and small corporate organisations to state and local governments. Over the past nine years, she has had a significant role in the design and delivery of a customer service program for a major automotive manufacturer involving thousands of their retail sales and service personnel.
